Structure of U-shaped Shafted Screw Conveyor
When the center distance between the inlet and outlet is less than 15 meters, a single-drive, single-section structure is typically adopted. For center distances exceeding 15 meters, a multi-section structure with intermediate hanger bearings or a dual-end drive configuration may be employed.

The main components of this conveyor include: U-shaped trough, trough support frame, spiral assembly with central shaft (including blades), drive unit (motor and reducer), end bearing seats, inlet/outlet ports, and an electrical control cabinet.

For conveyors with a total length not exceeding 6 meters, integrated manufacturing is commonly used. For lengths exceeding 6 meters, segmented manufacturing is generally applied, with sections connected via flanges and bolts, and the central shafts joined using couplings.
